Meals, soft drinks, and mineral water are included in some of our tours unless otherwise stated whereas half-day sightseeing tours do not include any meals. Please refer to the description for details. Our vehicles used for safari are generally Land Cruisers, which are fitted with safety belts and air-conditioning and licensed to carry up to seven passengers, excluding the driver. By law, passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.

Our emphasis is on fresh food wherever possible and our meals are nutritious and varied. We cater to vegetarian and Jain food – please advise at the time of booking tours with Sun City Tours and Desert Safari L.L.C

Passengers are reminded that photography of the military and some government installations is prohibited. Concerning local customs, kindly ask before taking pictures of Arabs, and do not photograph Arab ladies.

Each customer has to check he/she has the appropriate documents for his journey especially (but without limitation) if he/she booked tours, packages, or transfers including flights or visits to a country different from the country of departure. He/she has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

In case you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it before its completion, no refund can be made.

Certain Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours. If a tour is canceled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.

Day Tours to Oman Muscat complete at the drop off at the same Emirate, where the guest is picked up from. Drop off to any other Emirate will be charged an additional fee. All Muscat Day tours from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Fujairah are done on a private basis where the minimum required number of people is 4 pax, any less than 4 pax pays for the entire car, as mentioned Oman Muscat tours are done on a private Basis.

Cancellation Policy:

City Tours And Desert Safari

7 days: 50% cancellation fees or the voucher validity
5 days or less 100% cancellation fees or the voucher validity

Refunds will only be processed to the original mode of payment after deducting the bank and card charges.

Oman Day or overnight Tour or any International Tours

No cancellation will be entertained after Booking the Oman or any international tour.

If you have a positive PCR test, an irregular passport, or any legal violations that prevent you from entering Oman or taking an international trip from Dubai the UAE, or your Destination, you won’t get a refund.

Suncity Tourism L.L.C can change the mode of transport from Car to Flight if it is required due to changes in any immigration policies at the UAE border. No refunds will be entertained due to this change in the mode of transport.

All tours/services must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment will be listed as “Sun City Tours and Desert Safari L.L.C” on the credit card statement. You will be charged in UAE Dirham (AED) at the conversion rate applicable on the date of your booking.

Rates for the tours are promotional rates for all the tours and excursions and not the Rack rates. no further discounts will be provided on these rates or no voucher price will be considered for a discount on these rates, as all the voucher or discount coupons are offering discounts on the “rack rates”

Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages, or food not described in the product description, and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.

Any discriminatory speech, actions, or harmful acts towards any of our staff or local citizens will attract a legal course of action.
