Meals, soft drinks, and mineral water are included in some of our tours, unless otherwise stated. However, half-day sightseeing tours do not include meals. Please refer to the description for details. Our vehicles used for safaris are generally Land Cruisers, which are equipped with safety belts, air conditioning, and are licensed to carry up to seven passengers, excluding the driver. By law, passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.

Our emphasis is on serving fresh food whenever possible, and our meals are both nutritious and varied. We cater to vegetarian and Jain food – please advise at the time of booking tours with Sun City Tours and Desert Safari L.L.C.

Passengers are reminded that photography of military personnel and specific government installations is prohibited. Concerning local customs, kindly ask before taking pictures of Arabs, and do not photograph Arab ladies.

Each customer must verify that they have the necessary documents for their journey, especially (but not limited to) if they have booked tours, packages, or transfers, including flights or visits to a country different from their country of departure. They must own and bring a passport (with a visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it before its completion, no refund will be made.

Specific Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours. If a tour is canceled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.

Day Tours to Oman Muscat are complete at the drop-off point in the same emirate where the guest is picked up. Drop off to any other Emirate will be charged an additional fee. All Muscat Day tours from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Fujairah are done on a private basis where the minimum required number of people is 4 pax, any less than 4 pax pays for the entire car, as mentioned Oman Muscat tours are done on a private Basis.

Cancellation Policy:

City Tours And Desert Safari

7 days: 50% cancellation fees or the voucher validity
5 days or less 100% cancellation fees, or the voucher validity

Refunds will only be processed to the original mode of payment after deducting the bank and card charges.

Oman Day or overnight Tour or any International Tours

No cancellations or Refunds will be entertained after booking an Oman or international tour, irrespective of whether the booking is made early or in advance.

Suppose you have a positive PCR test, an irregular passport, or any legal violations that prevent you from entering Oman or taking an international trip from Dubai, the UAE, or your Destination. In that case, you will not receive a refund.

Suncity Tourism L.L.C. can change the mode of transport from Car to Flight if required due to changes in immigration policies at the UAE border. No refunds will be entertained due to this change in the mode of transport.

All tours/services must be prepaid except otherwise stated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment will be listed as “Sun City Tours and Desert Safari L.L.C” on the credit card statement. You will be charged in UAE Dirham (AED) at the conversion rate applicable on the date of your booking.

Rates for the tours are promotional rates for all the tours and excursions, and not the Rack rates. No further discounts will be provided on these rates, nor will any voucher price be considered for a discount on these rates, as all the voucher or discount coupons are offering discounts on the “rack rates.”

Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages, or food not described in the product description, and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.

Any discriminatory speech, actions, or harmful acts directed towards any of our staff or local citizens will be subject to legal action.
